To get started, please provide the information and documents listed below.

Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) – a 10-digit number issued by HMRC. It is required for tax returns, registering as self-employed, and communicating with HMRC.

This information may be important when applying certain tax allowances or tax-free thresholds, for example when transferring unused personal allowance to a spouse or assessing eligibility for specific reliefs.

Bank details – required in order to transfer any tax refund due to you (if applicable).

Please provide:

Bank Name

This information will be used solely for processing your tax refund.

Passport copy – required to verify your identity and client details.

Please provide a clear copy of your passport (the photo page with your personal details). The document will be used solely for identity verification purposes.

Proof of Address – required to verify your residential address and client details.

Accepted documents should clearly show your full name and address, such as:

Utility billBank statement

Official letter from a government authority

Additional information and documents to be sent by email

Employment / income information (if applicable):

• P60 / P45 (if you were employed during the period 06/04/2025 to 05/04/2026)

• CIS annual statement or monthly payslips for the period 06/04/2025 – 05/04/2026

• Bank statements from April 2025 to April 2026.

Preferred format: Excel files (CSV format is considered an Excel file).

If this is not possible, PDF files by month are also acceptable (from April 2025 to April 2026).

• Other income, e.g. dividends or rental income

• Please also indicate if you had any other income, such as capital gains, property rental income, or foreign income

If any of the above does not apply to you, simply skip it and respond only to the relevant points.

If you wish, we can discuss everything in more detail over the phone.

Please proceed with payment of the accountant’s invoice. Once all required information and payment are received, we will begin the process immediately.
