Cancellation Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tax Advisory Monthly Plan ("Service") provided by ZipTax Ltd ("Provider"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. 2. Scope of Services One-hour phone consultations Plan includes: • 1 Hours of monthly tax consultations via phone. • Guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, covering Personal Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, Capital Gains Tax, Payroll Services, Maternity and Parental Leave, Business Start-Up Advice, Employment Taxes. • Review of financial and tax-related documents as agreed. The Service does not include legal representation or the preparation of tax returns unless explicitly stated. The Tax Advisory Monthly Plan includes: • 5 Hours of monthly tax consultations via phone. • Guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, covering Personal Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, Capital Gains Tax, Payroll Services, Maternity and Parental Leave, Business Start-Up Advice, Employment Taxes. • Review of financial and tax-related documents as agreed. The Service does not include legal representation or the preparation of tax returns unless explicitly stated. 3. Subscription and Payment • The subscription fee is billed monthly and is due on the first day of each billing cycle. • Payment must be made via the methods specified during registration. • Failure to pay the subscription fee on time may result in the suspension or termination of the Service. 4. Term and Termination • The subscription is month-to-month and may be canceled at any time by providing written notice. • The Provider reserves the right to terminate the subscription for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Service. 5. Refund Policy • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services. • Refunds may be considered at the Provider's discretion in exceptional circumstances. 6. Confidentiality • The Provider will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the client. • The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information for effective service delivery. 7. Liability • The Provider will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Service but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. • The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. By subscribing to the Tax Advisory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
